Tim grew up in a ford Family his dad being one of the first in the family to drive a V8. It was a factory V8 XA Fairmont. Tim holds the memories of this car very close to his heart. Bloody Legend of a wagon. I looked at it before it was advertised, and this HK has the best external paint wear and tear markings I've ever seen, and the cleanest original interior as a giant bloody bonus. I had to walk away for personal reasons, but congratulations to you Jason, you must be grinning ear to ear, and it'll be the talk of the town. I particularly love the difference in stone chip patterns on drivers, compared to passenger side, the original p shooter exhaust, and……….I could go on and on. What a bloody ripper! No doubt you and family will love cruising in it. ๐ช๐ฆ๐บ๐ค

Went to exactly the right owner. I wanted one since seeing it in “Wheels” magazine @ Nov/Dec ‘72, but they are rare here. I know they are 253 but that doesn’t worry me in the slightest, they are just a nice package.
A mate had one in the early 80s with a dodgy passenger bucket seat – take off hard and the seat back fell flat.
My dream vehicle, and colour too. Only 2800 of them made. 2x build runs, 1200 and then the further 1600
